Bonus find: annotated let bindings
(let x: &Ctx = …) were never tracked — syn parses them
as Pat::Type, the Pat::Ident-only arm dropped
them
TDD gotchas recorded: single-param callees have bare-scalar domains
→ domain_slot(0) is None → slot checks never fire (E2E
shape tests need 2-param callees); callees must be declared before
callers or resolve_node silently makes tests vacuous
Completed both deferred P2s: 224.5 (PR #29 —
unify_shapes compares only the success param when both
sides are Result; ? auto-converts via From) and 224.7 (PR
#30 — FP already dead since 224.9's return-position gating; completed as
condition-context regression pins in tests/condition_slots.rs). Lesson:
verify the FP still reproduces before implementing a ticket's prescribed
mechanism

Release fire drill: first publish failed at vampiro-rust-frontend —
PR #28's versioned dev-dep created a circular dev-dep deadlock
(rust-frontend ⇄ seam-analysis, both ^0.5.0; cargo publish
resolves versioned dev-deps against the registry). Fix: path-only
dev-deps + seam-analysis before rust-frontend in release.yml; tag
force-moved to the fixed commit (tags run workflows from the tag's own
commit — don't rerun the old ref); cir/law/harness skipped idempotently
on re-run
Verified: all 10 crates 0.5.0 on crates.io (API check), GH Release
with 5 platform binaries + checksums, Homebrew tap "Update vampiro to
0.5.0"
Next: backlog empty; turu snaps recorded for every
PR. Candidate future axes: deeper inference for non-Rust frontends or a
fresh epic
