miblioteca QA implementation sprint — burn down P1/P2 tickets from
audit
Log
Sessions 15:52 (miblioteca
— 2 sessions)
Session 1 (May 11): QA audit with 8 parallel agents
created ~95 tickets under epic mibilioteca-ec4; ro5u review
closed 3 false positives, escalated 4 critical issues to P1/P2, patched
5 incomplete descriptions
Session 2 (May 12): Burned down all P1–P3 tickets
using tdd-ro5 pipeline (plan → red → green → refactor → review → fix →
ship)
Fixed 5 P1 bugs: downscale before blur scoring (vewl),
gravity frame in estimateDisplacement (7m6u), wire
getImuSlice into takePhoto (gdy9), zero velocity on gate
close (uv3p), duplicate computeShiftPx elimination
(d03)
Refactored GhostCalibrationPage: extracted 8 builder helpers from
345-line constructor (g7in)
Built DistanceCalibrationOverlay with ruler drag UI, credit card
presets, touch/pointer events, localStorage persistence
(7st)
Fixed URL-param working distance not persisting to localStorage
(e3k), added bracketWidth=0 guard tests
(4it)
Wrote 4 missing OpenSpec specs for ghost-calibration
(u4wf, 4bx, wuw,
dn0)
Closed QA epic mibilioteca-ec4 (46/46 children
complete, 229/238 total)
All 741 tests green, 11 commits pushed to main
Arc: from audit → triage → full implementation.
Project went from ~95 open QA tickets to only 4 P4 backlog items
(collaboration, auto-upload, multi-device merge, backend ingest)
Next: only P4 future-feature backlog remains — no
active sprint work
Session 16:23 (dont)
Kicked off large QA audit: 7 parallel domain agents created ~98
audit tickets under epic dont-4k5 (code quality, spec
alignment, test coverage, robustness, performance, documentation,
evidence)
ro5 review found HIGH issues: literal \n escapes in 70
ticket descriptions, missing TEST-QUALITY domain (8 tickets), unclear
concurrent-store pass criteria
dont-4k5.12 (lock/unlock pre-conditions) — 2
integration tests; also fixed 7 doubted claims in .dont/
store (fingerprint drift from code changes)
dont-4k5.13 (dangling definition audit) — 1 unit test;
gap ticket dont-ugp5 created for "defined but never
referenced" direction
dont-4k5.14 (claim structure rule edge cases) — 5 unit
tests; documented contains()-based tag detection limitation
All 6 audits were "verify" outcomes — production code was already
correct
Next: continue tdd-ro5 pipeline with
dont-4k5.7 ([CODE-QUALITY] Envelope output
consistency)
Session 18:45 (charly)
Evaluated how dont, wai, and
pretender fit together as an AI development stack:
grounding, workflow/decision capture, and structural quality gates.
Identified missing layers: behavioral verification, observability,
drift detection, dependency validation, context curation, and a
closed-loop feedback path.
Turned gap 6 into per-tool research tickets: dont-nwck,
pretender-5rk, and wai-f0dv.
Created charly/espectacular as the
behavioral-verification track with OpenSpec epic
add-spec-assertions plus tracer-bullet ticket
espectacular-e5w.
Ran issue review over the three tickets and the OpenSpec proposal;
fixed all findings by adding deliverables, code starting points,
sequencing/dependencies, explicit design decisions, and vertical
milestones.
Added espectacular repo scaffolding/docs:
.claude/settings.json, AGENTS.md,
CLAUDE.md, openspec/project.md, and
proposal/design/tasks docs for spec-to-assertion + drift detection.
Committed and pushed charly-vibes/espectacular
(5633eb7); also pushed pending pretender
commit d08b464 and verified dont,
wai, pretender, and espectacular
were all synced to origin/main.
Next: persist the parent ecosystem-gap analysis,
then open the deferred observability work with a harness-agnostic scope
covering Pi/Codex and track the remaining deferred gaps.
Tasks created
Decisions
The AI-dev stack framing is now: wai = decision
workflow, dont = epistemic grounding,
pretender = structural quality, espectacular =
behavioral verification.
Handle feedback-loop work with one tracer bullet first
(espectacular-e5w), then generalize via per-tool research
tickets.
Keep observability separate from spec-to-assertion work and scope it
across multiple harnesses (Pi, Codex, Claude Code).
