Advanced charly/pretender from core model/config/query
groundwork to a working pretender check MVP slice, then
completed closeout for pretender-81c.
Verified and pushed the pretender-81c session-close
artifacts, including wai close handoff and pipeline
completion state.
Found just ci failing on clippy dead code in
pretender/src/python.rs, opened pretender-0t4,
removed the unused Python manifest helpers, reran just ci,
and pushed the fix.
Closed pretender-81c and pretender-0t4;
repo ended clean and synced with origin/main.
Arc: moved from foundational plugin/config work,
through the first end-to-end CLI check flow, to restoring a green
baseline after closeout exposed a latent CI regression.
Next: pick the next ready pretender
issue now that main is green again.
Session 15:30 (paranoid)
Reviewed research doc (nn-android.md) on on-device ML
frameworks for Android; recommended LiteRT + GPU delegate as best fit
for Paranoid constraints (API 26+, no Compose, offline-first, small
APK).
Scaffolded two new OpenSpec proposals: add-nn-adapt-lab
(LiteRT + pure-Kotlin adaptive layer, no weight mutation) and
add-nn-training-lab (true on-device fine-tuning with
train/infer/save/restore + thermal/battery gating).
Ran /rule-of-5-universal review across both proposals;
found and fixed ~14 issues across 5 stages: bounded v1 model scope,
independent-proposal relationship, training runtime feasibility gate,
thermal API fallback for API 26–28, atomic checkpoint handling,
rollback/incompatibility, reset-clears-metrics spec, dataset/checkpoint
size caps, debug gating, sensitive export confirmation, exploration
success metrics.
Committed in two atomic commits: archive netmap change + promote
specs (8fc0e3c), NN proposals (fcb431f).
Next: begin implementation (adapt-lab first) or run
bd ready for other unblocked work.
Sessions 16:23
(espectacular — 2 sessions)
Scaffolded add-quality-measurement-and-adapters
OpenSpec change (proposal.md, design.md, tasks.md, 5 spec files); ran
/rule-of-5-universal and fixed 14 issues across
correctness/completeness/consistency.
Created beads tickets for both active change proposals: 2 epics
(ol7 add-spec-assertions P1, 6nm
add-quality-measurement-and-adapters P2) + 18 section tickets mapped 1:1
to tasks.md sections, with full dependency graph.
Ran /issue-review (Rule-of-5 multi-pass) on the new
ticket set; found 13 issues across completeness, scope/atomicity,
dependencies — most notably 6nm.1 envelope schema only
consumed by 6nm.7, 6nm.3 adapter trait without
concrete implementor, oversized ol7.4 (19 tasks across 7
subcommands), and 6nm.9 bundling 3 independent quality
capabilities.
Executed fix all: added acceptance criteria to all 25
open tickets + 2 epics (CLRT-001); added design notes to
6nm.2/6nm.7 (CLRT-002); folded
6nm.1 → 6nm.7 and merged 6nm.3 →
6nm.4 (SCOPE-001/002); split 6nm.9 into
6nm.13/.14/.15 (mutation/property/snapshot) and
ol7.4 into ol7.7-.11
(init+hooks/doctor/scenario/archive/upgrade); rewired all
dependencies.
Final state: 32 total / 25 open / 7 closed / 3 ready
(ol7.1 is the entry point); bd lint clean; no
cycles.
Arc: scaffolded a change proposal → broke both
proposals down into tracked work → audited the audit-trail itself before
any code was written.
Next:bd update espectacular-ol7.1 --claim to begin S1 (gate
core) of add-spec-assertions.

32 beads tickets across add-spec-assertions (ol7) and

Decisions
Tickets map 1:1 to tasks.md sections;
tasks.md remains the authoritative TDD checklist
Schema-only tickets fold into their first consumer (tracer-bullet
principle); trait-and-dispatch tickets merge into the first concrete
