Reviewed git history across local repositories and local agent
traces to identify recurring housekeeping patterns and commonly missed
cleanup work.
Wrote charly/incitaciones/housekeeping-local.md with a
detailed synthesis covering repo-history drift, AI-workflow drift, and
incitaciones-specific housekeeping implications.
Applied Rule of 5 universal review to the new document and fixed all
findings: added audience and methodology notes, clarified evidence
strength across trace sources, tightened wording, fixed the malformed
bullet, prioritized the checklist, and strengthened the conclusion.
Decisions: treat housekeeping in AI-heavy repos as
a 4-layer problem: code/deps/CI, docs/content, prompt-skill
infrastructure, and context/generated-artifact lifecycle.
Next: if this work continues, turn the document
into an actionable repo audit/checklist or use it to drive concrete
cleanup tasks in charly/incitaciones.
Session 11:00 (espectacular)
Reviewed all active OpenSpec changes using the design-practice
workflow; identified cross-change drift in finding-kind names,
dependency ordering, quality contract shape, adapter dispatch, and
missing-adapter reporting.
Fixed add-quality-measurement-and-adapters
specs/design/tasks: preserved baseline finding-kind vocabulary, made the
dependency on deployed add-spec-assertions explicit,
changed mutation config to [quality.mutation], clarified
per-test-type adapter dispatch, and introduced
missing-adapter.
Added
openspec/changes/add-quality-measurement-and-adapters/schemas/custom-runner.schema.json;
strict OpenSpec validation passed for both active changes.
Created and closed bead espectacular-4q9; committed and
pushed
31d57fb docs(spec): resolve quality adapter spec review findings.
Next: continue with ready baseline implementation
work, starting from espectacular-ol7.1 when
appropriate.
Session 18:48 (paranoid)
Smoke testing v0.8.0-rc.1 NetMap antenna layer on a real trip
revealed map clutter from PCI-only neighbor LTE cells with huge
confidence circles, despite the serving-cell CSV exporting cleanly (3
rows).
Implemented AntennaEstimate.isLowConfidence (PCI-only
OR sampleCount < 3); MapHelper.drawAntennaLayer hides
low-confidence estimates by default and never draws confidence circles
for them, even in show-all mode.
Added long-press handler on the 📡 toggle in both
NetMapActivity and RecordingDetailActivity to
switch between high-confidence-only and show-all modes, with Toast
confirming intent. Pref persisted per-screen.
Ran just test (green) and just build
(green); ro5u-universal review converged at stage 5; committed
d8e5785.
Tagged and pushed v0.8.0-rc.2 (hyphenated tag → release
workflow auto-marks as pre-release).
Tagged and pushed stable v0.8.0 after rc.2
verification.
Closed beads PARANOID-f0x.5 (verification & smoke)
and the umbrella PARANOID-f0x.
Marked tasks 5.3 / 5.4 in add-netmap-antenna-locations
complete (with rc.1/rc.2 verification notes); archived the OpenSpec
change as 2026-05-14-add-netmap-antenna-locations; specs
netmap-data + netmap-map-ui promoted to
top-level.
Closed session with wai close; handoff
0e46082 pushed.
Decisions: "low confidence" = PCI-only OR
sampleCount < 3 (heuristic, driven by the rc.1 trip data showing 3
serving cells dominating ~2287 measurements); long-press is the
discoverability trade-off for the show-all escape hatch.
Next: consider an in-app hint for the long-press
affordance (low priority); reflect on accumulated patterns
(wai reflect — 6 sessions overdue).
Session 12:04 (incitaciones)
Reviewed the new systematic housekeeping prompt set with
rule-of-5-universal, covering source prompt, distilled
runtime prompt, manifest registration, and supporting research.
Fixed all review findings: added
audit-only/safe-fix/approval-required gates, workspace-scope guardrails,
stricter distilled output, corrected unsupported research claims,
aligned naming/version metadata, and updated
CHANGELOG.md.
Validated with just validate and
just validate-distilled; committed and pushed
9181715 feat: add systematic housekeeping prompt to
main.
Left unrelated/unreviewed generated and local research artifacts
unstaged: content/compiled/, anti-slop.skill,
reviews/, housekeeping-local.md, and
Codebase Housekeeping and Cross-Disciplinary Insights.md.
Next: decide whether the remaining local/generated
artifacts should be promoted into repository content, ignored, or
removed.
Sessions 12:07 (pretender —
2 sessions)
Reviewed and reconciled all active Pretender OpenSpec specs using
the design-practice workflow, incorporating the queued prior session's
MVP-baseline review.
Added and refined update-mvp-spec-baseline, then
rebased dependent proposals against it by fixing
ADDED/MODIFIED deltas, clarifying proposal
dependencies, and resolving cache, baseline, SARIF/watch, explain,
plugin trust, suppression, assertion, duplication, ABC catalog, and
role-detection inconsistencies.
Validated with openspec validate --all --strict and an
additional delta sanity check; committed and pushed
fc2e140 fix(openspec): reconcile proposal specs with MVP baseline.
Closed the WAI session with a detailed handoff and pushed
867f0ca chore: close wai session.
Arc: Moved the OpenSpec set from syntactically
valid but semantically drifted proposals to a coherent
dependency-ordered spec suite grounded in the implemented MVP
baseline.
Next: review/approve/apply
update-mvp-spec-baseline first, then prioritize dependent
MVP implementation work such as SARIF if watch/explain/fix-suggestion
features are next.
Sessions 16:44 (wai — 5
sessions)
2026-05-12: Reviewed Pi traces and created wai epic
wai-1x8f covering TDD/RO5 pipeline improvements, Pi
extension package, and pipeline status JSON; scaffolded initial
installable Pi extension (extensions/wai-autonomy/).
2026-05-15 (today): Closed all remaining P2 test
coverage tickets (13 command test files); modularized
add.rs, way.rs, resource.rs,
why.rs, reflect.rs, doctor.rs
into directory modules; applied Ro5U review and fixed all medium/low
findings; implemented wai-qz1j (decision artifact freshness
tracking — src/freshness.rs,
src/commands/artifacts/, --tracks flag on
wai add); walked through all 6 P1 scope/usability decision
clusters and resolved them.
Arc: Completed the full QA sweep (P2 test +
modularization), delivered the freshness tracer bullet feature, and
cleared the entire P1 decision backlog.
Decisions:status/prime
serve different purposes; doctor/way stay
separate; wai/way/why homophones
are intentional; --safe = no content removal;
--json best-effort everywhere; non-interactive requires
explicit flags; multi-provider wai why delegated to
external tooling (pi); pipelines always included; plugin system
sufficient as-is; tutorial stays minimal.
Next: implement wai-wra0 (sync→doctor
absorption design), wai-42ig (command taxonomy ADR),
wai-ekwq (docs IA detailing), and the UX polish tickets for
search discoverability, --json surfacing, and tutorial exit
messaging.
Housekeeping guidance for AI-heavy repos should explicitly cover
prompt systems, context loading, and generated artifacts, not just code
and documentation.
wai --safe = no content removal (not "reversible" or
"no deletion" — specifically about content).
wai --json is best-effort, not semver-protected
(designed for AI consumers, no schema contract).
Multi-provider wai why is out of scope for now —
delegate to external tools like pi.
