• mibilioteca-0ikv: Added Suite 10 quick-start scan contract: 3 Playwright tests using role/name selectors and observable waits; all 51 E2E green
• mibilioteca-fjjv: Bumped tuning panel touch targets to WCAG 2.5.5 ≥44px — model selector, section resets, global reset button

Decisions

• Error exit codes: general errors all exit 1; usage/argument errors exit 2; success exits 0. Previously some general errors (config-missing, already-initialised) used 3 and store errors used 4.
• --quiet only suppresses confirmatory human-mode stdout; data output and errors always surface.
• EnvelopeKind variant names must exactly match dont-envelope spec (kebab-case).
• Full 5×6 state transition matrix: 10 valid paths, 20 refused transitions, all refused use invalid-transition code.
