• Spikes completed:
  • Coverage sidecar attribution — Julia 1.12 uses LCOV tracefiles, not .jl.cov files
  • Subprocess overhead benchmark — ~144ms per subprocess, mitigated by incremental caching
• Cleaned up 8 stale/already-done P0 issues
• Fixed module import ordering bug (testimonial-mvun) — 7 precompilation warnings eliminated
• Created 3 follow-up tickets for Julia 1.12 compatibility work
• Tests grew from 312 → 411 (all green)

Arc: The epic went from mid-implementation to fully closed. The major architectural pieces (CLI module, index persistence, run pipeline) are all implemented. Two important findings from spikes will drive the next cycle: Julia 1.12's LCOV tracefile format and subprocess overhead characteristics.
