• Investigated pi sessions to determine why agents don't use ah check/espectacular
• Found root cause: deployment gap — only 2/27 charly projects have .espectacular/ configured
• Created 7 beads tickets: 4 P0 (deploy ah init, pi extension, AGENTS.md managed blocks, PATH verification), 1 P1, 2 P2
• Ran issue-review skill, fixed corrupted descriptions, reprioritized, pushed

Session 2 (2026-07-20 15:49) — Implemented P0 deployment:

• Deployed ah check to dont + wai: ah init + 442/385 contract stubs, committed and pushed
• Verified ah binary in pi's PATH (~/.cargo/bin/ah v0.2.2), documented in espectacular AGENTS.md
• Deployed ah check to all remaining 11 openspec projects: pretender, atril, fotos, khipu, miblioteca, nayra, paranoid, rizomas, ruta, superficies, tRAGar
• All 13/13 openspec projects now have .espectacular/ with ah:managed block

Arc: 3 P0 tickets closed (espectacular-223, espectacular-23d, espectacular-3j6). Every openspec project in the charly org now has the verification layer deployed.

Next: espectacular-3fm (P1 — extract testaruda ah check workflow as replicable pattern), or pick up the remaining P0: espectacular-c9v (pi extension, deferred).

Session 15:55 (tray.jl — 1 session)

• Defined Tray as domain-neutral ordered leaf array + balanced aggregation index, isolating financial interpretations to Addendum F
• Added Addendum B with AttributionPayload{K} spec (REQ-45–REQ-48): bucketed-additive payload, bucket-sum reconciliation with realized_total, declared immutable cross-term convention, ratio-safe derived metrics
• Created openspec/changes/add-attribution-payload/ with proposal, design, tasks, and spec delta matching domain-neutral vocabulary
• Updated docs/src/generated/tray-jl-ears-spec.md (Addendum B), docs/src/status.md (coverage table), docs/src/dev/architecture.md (extension pattern note)
• Renamed add-risk-tree-capabilities/ → add-tray-capabilities/ and add-pnl-attribution/ → add-attribution-payload/ for domain separation
• Applied Rule of 5 universal review; domain-separation findings (change name, REQ-48 examples, convention lifecycle) resolved in commit
• Next: implement the approved OpenSpec changes with tests per tasks.md
