audit: trustworthy coverage recording) — was 5/5 children complete, just
unverified. Quick housekeeping.
Closed testimonial-nl2b.2 (P0,
static-deps protocol contract regression) — investigated and found the
described red (test_protocol.jl:899 map indexing) was
already fixed by commit 6a7a832; all 10 static-deps
tests pass. The real gap was undocumented schema. Added
Protocol.DEPEDGE_FIELDS constant, 4 contract tests pinning
the DepEdge array schema, and a "Protocol Response Schema" section to
docs/src/architecture.md. Filed
testimonial-y9pi for the actual just test red
(separate issue).
Closed testimonial-y9pi (P1, parallel
record_item race) — investigated root cause: NOT a race. The Julia 1.12+
LCOV tracefile does not record @testitem test-file lines, so
covered_lines is always empty by design. The test (added by
in3s.2) asserted pre-1.12 semantics. Rewrote it to assert isolation via
item identity + non-empty source_files. Renamed from
"disjoint coverage" to "isolated and captures coverage".
Closed testimonial-nl2b.1 (P0,
canonical test manifest) — full TDD pipeline (RED→GREEN commits).
Created test/manifest.jl with
check_manifest_completeness(), full_tests(),
quick_tests(), slow_tests(). Classified all 65
test files (60 quick, 5 slow). Updated both runners to derive from
manifest. Quick test count grew from 1358 to 1546 (previously-missing
files now included).
Agent-value-alignment audit — ran the installed
agent-value-alignment skill (AUDIT mode) on the project.
Found the governance loop is broken at two critical points: no eval
suite for agent behavior (all 1546 tests test the product, not the
agent), and no traceability matrix. Report: NOT_ALIGNED (2 layers 🔴, 3
layers 🟡). 16 findings across 5 layers + integration.
Rule-of-5 review on the audit — ran
/skill:rule-of-5-universal on the audit report. Found 12
issues: 1 CRITICAL (self-audit bias), 3 HIGH, 5 MEDIUM, 2 LOW. Fixed all
in the report.
