Session:
12:26 (wai — codebase-cartography report batch, HTML export rework)
Repo:
~/para/areas/dev/gh/charly/wai
Ran codebase-cartography over src/:
generated full report batch — macro (whole src/ topology),
7 meso (commands district + doctor/pipeline/why/way/reflect/resource), 3
micro traces (wai prime, wai sync,
wai why network path), 1 structural health check — 12 md
artifacts + HTML views in docs/cartography/
Counts re-verified against source before writing (skill discipline):
19 flat command modules / 7 submodules / ~29 CLI dispatch arms, 22 way
checks, 21 doctor checks, crate::cli fan-in = 13 (an
earlier scan's !commands/** glob exclusion was faulty —
resolved, not a real discrepancy)
rule-of-5-universal review of the report set converged
at stage 3: 5 factual errors found and fixed in-place (command count
20→19+29, context.rs:12→:17, why fallback
"five"→3 sites at mod.rs:445,529,585, cli fan-in open
question closed, "~20"→24 test files); verdict READY
Skill updated mid-session 0.7.0 → 0.8.0 with new batch-export
invariants (the decision record even cites this wai batch's earlier
pandoc pipeline as the anti-pattern). Adapted: deleted superseded
scripts/render-cartography.sh, wrote all 12 HTML pages
directly — nav headers (← Index + parent/adjacent links),
vendored assets/mermaid.min.js v9.4.3 IIFE (diagrams now
render via file://), <details>
mermaid-source fallbacks, shared assets/cartography.css,
regenerated index.html (grouped macro/meso/micro/health +
markdown links), README updated. All internal links verified
Next: review the open questions embedded in the
cartography reports (freshness.rs future, sibling-import promotion,
doctor/pipeline mod.rs bulk); re-run the cartography skill to refresh
counts when src/ drifts (no pipeline by design); optionally
file beads issues from the report open-questions
