(genesis — AIX corpus research → change proposal → tickets → close)
Resumed genesis, then mined the microdancing conference corpus (67
AIX-relevant AIEWF talks) for practices genesis-vibes can adopt: receipt
contracts (B173 OpenAI), budget-aware context artifacts (B128 Codex, 2%
skills cap), 10× instruction-ceiling shift → verification problem (B019
Arize), evals-as-merge-gate + closed loop (B268/B192/B190/B085); wrote
conference-analysis/aix-for-genesis-report.md (Rule-of-5 to
READY) and the wai research report
(.wai/projects/genesis-foundation/research/2026-09-15-aix-practices-from-the-aiewf-conference-corpus.md)
Reconciled with the ddl-family evaluation: substrate funding vs
adoption funding are not in conflict — the evals-gate IS the
"falsifiable metric or demotion" mechanism the ddl evaluation
demanded
Scaffolded openspec change add-aix-eval-loop (4 spec
deltas: envelope receipt metadata, aix token-cost + bounded generation,
evals distractors + doc-drift blindness check, feedback→Scenario
conversion); Rule-of-5 review caught 1 CRITICAL — feedback delta assumed
ContextBundle/ErrorRecord carry fixture files, but they don't (verified
in source); rebased on actual types with caller-supplied fixtures; also
made aix API additive (no signature changes);
openspec validate --strict clean
Filed 5 beads tickets (genesis-f2o/35d/lzo/m3p/g5g) with
metadata.files + base_commit; g5g blocked-by all four; ran the
issue-review skill (5 passes): fixed empty base_commit on 4 tickets
(shell-var bug), genesis-le7 files-metadata stored as string → proper
array, co-modification notes on lzo/m3p (shared src/evals.rs), HITL
release note on g5g. Verdict READY_TO_WORK
Pushed: genesis main (3 commits), microdancing
data/conference-analysis (report). IRR-001 resolved (proposal committed,
tickets now AFK-resolvable)
Leftover:microdancing/conference-analysis/analysis/data/ddl-family-evaluation.md
still untracked (yesterday's session) — cited as a source by the pushed
report
Next: claim one of the four independent tickets
(f2o/35d/lzo/m3p) TDD-first; g5g unblocks after all four; release is a
HITL gate; EXCL-002 Unreleased-changelog decision still pending;
genesis-ntg breakdown still awaits dont-bpuo
Added a share button (📤 Compartir) to transcribir's output actions,
next to copy/download: navigator.share (native share sheet
→ WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. on mobile) with a wa.me fallback for desktop
browsers without Web Share API; AbortError (user cancel) handled
silently
Bumped transcribir/sw.js VERSION 5→6 to publish;
Rule-of-5 review (review skill, rule-of-5-universal mode) then caught 1
CRITICAL self-inflicted regression: the bump renamed the SW's shared
cache to v6 while script.js still hardcoded
transcribir-shared-v5 for reading — share-target audio
ingestion would have silently broken
Fixed by replacing the hardcoded name with
openSharedCache() that dynamically resolves the latest
transcribir-shared-v* cache from caches.keys()
(removes the hidden sw.js↔︎script.js coupling permanently); also fixed
MEDIUM edge case: wa.me fallback now truncates text at 2000 chars with a
truncation note (WhatsApp rejects longer URLs)
Remaining review findings assessed no-change-needed (LOW:
aria-labels are codebase-wide; EDGE-002 covered by catch path)
Committed a05d4d3 feat(transcribir): add share button
for transcriptions (3 files, +46/−3), pushed, origin/main up to
date
Next: nothing pending for transcribir; untracked
files in jams repo left alone (.wrangler/, docs,
nyx.html)

(finanzas — provincia ingestion specs → rule-of-5 → close)
User asked to make the new Banco Provincia
resumenes/provincia/ files ingestable; found 13
pre-extracted txt extractos (emitted 2024-10 → 2026-07) for two accounts
(ARS 40195179246 EN PESOS, USD 40195028957 EN
M.E.) invisible to design/parsers
Scaffolded openspec add-provincia-source mirroring
add-mercadopago-source: proposal, tasks, statement-parsing
delta; registered in DESIGN.md; whitelisted extracto/extractos in
_typos.toml; filed bd finanzas-o7m (P1, dep
add-fpna-core); committed+pushed ca7de41
Rule-of-5 review (review skill) against the actual data caught real
traps: [CORR-001 CRITICAL] emission-day rows are duplicated
byte-identically across consecutive files (verified: four 01/07/2025
rows in both ARS 20250701 and 20251001) → naive per-file ingestion
double-counts ~4M ARS; [CORR-002] file-last-row saldo ≠ next file's
SALDO ANTERIOR on 3/7 ARS boundaries (files extend into their emit
date); [CORR-003] FECHA is always full dd/mm/yyyy so the dd-mm Fecha
Valor column is redundant; [EDGE-002] first file needs an
opening-balance equity posting (144,676.92)
Applied all fixes ("fix all"): ledger-store delta with row-level
cross-file dedup + period-end (SALDO ANTERIOR) assertion anchoring,
FECHA-based dating, opening-balance task, dedup/conflict/chaining tests;
openspec validate --strict clean (needed SHALL in
requirement body's first sentence, not just heading); pushed
2c512e4
Verdict on specs: NEEDS_REVISION → resolved; awaiting user approval
gate before openspec-apply
Next: approve add-provincia-source
then implement (bd finanzas-o7m); HITL account mapping
(Assets:Bank:Provincia:{ARS,USD}) at ticket start;
add-fpna-core + CLI scaffold (finanzas-6bj) still precede all
parsers
Traced shell history recording: nushell + atuin integration
(~/.cache/nushell/atuin.nu sourced in config.nu); atuin db
at ~/.local/share/atuin/history.db is primary, nushell's
plaintext ~/.config/nushell/history.txt still written as
redundant second store; atuin config was all defaults from Sep 2024
(filter_mode = "global" → the global mixing user
noticed)
Enabled cwd-scoped history: filter_mode = "directory",
workspaces = true (any subdir of a git repo shares repo
history), filter_mode_shell_up_key_binding = "directory";
verified live — atuin search from /tmp returned only /tmp
commands; config is read per-invocation, no shell restart needed
Fixed chezmoi apply TTY-prompt blocking: 4 drifted
files triaged by diff direction (chezmoi diff a=live
b=desired, not the other way) + mtimes; .bashrc
(JOURNAL_PATH/JOURNAL_LOG_SUBDIR exports) and
.claude/settings.json (PLAYWRIGHT_MCP env,
skipAutoPermissionPrompt) were newer hand edits → absorbed via
chezmoi add / merged into
private_settings.json.tmpl keeping the
{{ .chezmoi.homeDir }} template; .gitconfig
(+hooksPath) and .gitignore (.beads/, drop redundant top
.dolt/ dupes) → applied desired state with --force; status
clean, diff empty
Next: nothing pending; nushell's redundant
history.txt left as-is (harmless noise, atuin owns
up-arrow/Ctrl-R); .git-hooks dir is empty — hooksPath
harmless

(pi — Jellyfin on Bluefin via podman quadlet + canticos projector
scripts → close)
Set up Jellyfin 12.1 on Bluefin as a rootless Podman quadlet
(~/.config/containers/systemd/jellyfin.container): manual
start/stop only (no [Install], Restart=no),
ports 8096/8920/1900/7359, state in
~/jellyfin/{config,cache}, media ~/PROJECTOR
mounted read-only at /media, Intel iGPU
/dev/dri passthrough; updates ride the already-enabled
podman-auto-update timer; no rpm-ostree layering (Docker CE
is layered, podman is native)
Debugged empty-library report: user's scan ran 2 min BEFORE the
folder reorg (container logs are UTC, local UTC-3) — startup rescan
after systemctl --user restart jellyfin matched all three
shows (Ludwig (2024) S02, My Life Is Murder (2019) S01, Madame Blanc
Mysteries (2021) S01); reorganized flat ~/PROJECTOR into
Show (Year)/Season NN/ (years matter for TVDB
disambiguation; "My Life Is Murder" — TVDB capitalizes Is)
canticos to-projector: episode output now sorted into
Jellyfin layout by default (--no-jellyfin restores flat for
USB-projector drives); parses SxxEyy + bare Sxx season packs,
mid-name/parenthesized years as (Year) disambiguator,
title-casing with TVDB-style capitalized "Is"; validated against every
real release name in ~/Downloads/MOVIES{,/DONE} including
Years and Years (2019) - S01E01 - ... and double-space
S03E10
canticos projector-queue: fixed dry-run passthrough bug
— -n used to move sources to DONE/ without
converting anything (caught it live, restored the moved entries)
Next: run projector-queue for real —
queue holds Ludwig 2024 S01 (6 eps) + Ted Lasso S04E07; consider
projector-queue -- --remux since Jellyfin direct-plays HEVC
(encode only needed for USB-projector use); library auto-watches
/media so new files appear on scan
