TDD red→green (scripts/test_ci_gates.py, 3 tests). cargo
run, never PATH spk (stale-binary gotcha).
Key finding: committed
specodelic/*.check.json byte-identical to an actual honest
run — regen was a no-op vs HEAD; the suspect "re-keyed" fields coincide
with truth. Zero hand-edits needed.
verify specs not gated: 18/18 property blocks are
todo_predicate! stubs, fail honestly by design (verified
reachable only via **rust:** fragments, rjb). Follow-up
specodelic-lf3 filed, blocked on rjb.
Gates: just ci green incl. new stage; ah check --run-tests 149
passed (guard-espectacular).
