wai-vx02.5 shipped & closed (inter-child
handoff artifacts for epic run trees, TDD pipeline
epic-autonomy-tdd-ro5, 9/9 steps):
PipelineRun.handoff_artifact (serde default);
wai handoff create best-effort records doc path on active
run via new config::resolve_active_pipeline_run
(env-var-first, shared with wai add);
ChildRunNode gains handoff_ready
(terminal+artifact) + handoff_artifact; child active run
resolves owning parent run so wai pipeline current --json
surfaces prior sibling's handoff path.

Gotchas routed to turu: gate oracle needs literal
"commands run" text in latest design artifact;
wai add review requires --reviews pointing at
an existing artifact (findings via wai add design first);
.beads/issues.jsonl is gitignored by design in embedded
mode; epic-autonomy-tdd-ro5 template has no ship-close
approval gate (vx02.4 scoped that to tdd-ro5 only).
Next: nothing in flight — all wai-vx02 work merged
and released. Possible follow-ups: wai-35zh (tag docs snapshots),
wai-sib1 (P1 bug), wai-sojk, wai-i1lo.

Baseline mined from 1403 pi sessions (142.8k msgs):
GLM-5.3-flash is the incumbent workhorse (44.6% msgs, $0.003/msg, ~100%
of last 2 wks) vs gpt-5.4/5.5 at 10–19× cost/msg. Routing
policy: GLM default (known-shape work); gpt-6.1-sol for
debugging/CI/design (unknown-shape); Astra-xhigh only for semantics
(dont/wild/specodelic); Luna for GPT-side chores. Fixed-price cap →
marginal cost of trying GPT on unknown-shape work is now zero. coffee
model_details lacks a glm family mapping (only deepseek,
usage-tracker.py:538).
Repo survey: 63 repos classified; Testimonial.jl =
test-gate enabler + testaruda merge-or-diverge design Q; cositos =
specodelic conformance arena; Tray needs ol9 semantics decision before
night touches its concurrency bug.
Ticket backfill (656 tagged): 255 sk + 401 charly

Orchestration model established: session lead
orchestrates only (bd/openspec/wai state, gates, push); each ticket's
pipeline steps run in a spawned pi -p subagent with a
written brief (scope guard, repo facts, no-push/no-wai-close). Pattern +
gotchas committed to
.wai/resources/reflections/orchestrator-pi-subagents.md.
D7 joint sign-off landed (specodelic-krb closed):
user countersigned kernel-first; recorded in both
projects' decision records, proposal D7 row = decided, EDGE-004
sequencing note added to both proposals (17a5377).
Slice 1 (specodelic-txo) shipped: guard citation
semantics — citation algebra (CitationExpr/ThreeValued, Kleene, unknown
never coerces) in compile.rs; ModelIr.guard_citations;
RunReport.invariant_statuses across all 3 backends. RO5U pass (1 med
fixed: bracket-in-id; honest re-parse fallback). I did RED+GREEN inline;
subagent ran steps 5-9.
Phase 3 (specodelic-7ga) shipped by subagent: Tier
B kernel core — closed grammar + row-typing over src/acset, explicit
**kernel:** marker opt-in (RO5U HIGH catch: marker-free
opt-in would've broken pure widening vs corpus prose), all 11 v0 atomics
grounded per D1 table, three-valued chain end-to-end, predicate-registry
seam (D8, nothing registers). 5 commits, all gates green. Pushed
e38878f..29f81ef.
Gotchas routed: wai tdd-ro5 needs
.wai/resources/oracles/tests-pass.sh (now created);
WAI_PROJECT=min-expr-kernel required for wai add/pipeline;
ah binds contract TOMLs to DEPLOYED scenarios only — change-phase TOMLs
= orphan-toml, so 5 slice-1 TOMLs deferred to archive (stashed
/tmp/txo-contracts/, path recorded in ledgers); pretender file_lines
ratchet shrink-only → move tests to tests/ instead of raising entries;
model_check.rs pinned 2278-2282/2300.
Session-recording fix (user catch): subagents must
NEVER use --no-session — usage was lost for the txo steps-5-9 run;
convention now: pi -p without --no-session +
-n "subagent:<ticket>:<steps>", verified
persisted in ~/.pi/agent/sessions//, routed to turu +
reflection.

decoracion diseñada: ojo (mirada), dos casas vecinas con ventanas
encendidas (vecinos), línea de cancha con pelota. Fix: el badge
"EPISODIO 7" del scaffold pisa y=260 — se movió a y=310. Preview con
rsvg-convert antes de pushear.
Validación local: just build (página episodio-07
generada con bloque audio), html-validate 0 errores, reader-mode OK,
check-a11y OK. El build toma el WAV como audio provisional; prefiere el
MP3 -dur cuando existe.
Publicación (autorizada por usuario):
just publish-episodio 007 convirtió WAV→MP3 V0
(007-20261001-dur2861.mp3, duración real 2861s — el
frontmatter se corrigió de 47:40 a 47:41), creó release
episodio-007 y disparó deploy. Commit be55f68
pusheado; el workflow_dispatch de publish fue cancelado por el push
(mismo efecto), deploy del push completado, página live con player
apuntando al MP3 del release.
Nota: quedó M lista en el working
tree del repo, no es de esta sesión — no se tocó.
