talleres (Phorma workshops)

Design workspace + knowledge system for the Phorma Scientific workshop catalog at ~/para/areas/dev/gh/phorma/talleres (github.com/PhormaSci/talleres). 21 workshops (workshops/<order>-<slug>/{en,es,shared}/); upstream source of truth for phormasci.github.io/content/trainees/. Whisper is repo-local (.whisper/ committed by design). Full conventions in the repo's AGENTS.md.

• teaching-topics.md restructured 2026-09-20 to pedagogical layers (§0 thesis leverage-not-volume + §1–4 layers + §5 ownership map; intake rule in Maintenance) — rule-of-5 reviewed, verdict READY; all 26 blocks verbatim (d10798d)
• Principle #22 added: "AI is leverage for quality, not a substitute for volume" (2738d83); thesis wired: teaching-topics §0 ↔︎ design-principles #22
• Design passes for remaining shells when promotion demand lands (51/21/31 shortlisted for CABA; shells = interest-registration only per analysis readiness rungs)

Notes

• Catalog Parked section (added 2026-09-18) is the tripwire home for deferred directions — principles #18–20 in program/design-principles.md govern audience/category additions.
• CABA launch premise (empty scientific-AI segment) has a shelf life: re-run the null search before each promotion push (caba-analysis-2026-09-18.md §8).
• teaching-topics.md (2026-09-20 restructure): blocks file by pedagogical layer (framework §1 / methodology §2 / practice §3 / fixture §4); workshop ownership lives in the §5 map; §0 thesis cites by ID only. New corpus passes route by the Structure rules + Maintenance intake rule. Zaldarriaga pass caveat: committed transcript may be partial — several report quotes flagged report-only, verify against video before citing verbatim.
• Gates: just check before every commit (parity + one-pager staleness); vale/typos run client-side on staged files. Never --no-verify on parity.
